§ 1 Browser Collected Information
When you sign up for our service(s), we will ask you to provide contact information (such as: your name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address(es), and payment information – such as: credit card number and expiration date). We may ask you to complete user surveys, and to provide certain demographic information, such as age, gender, special interests, etc. You do not have to provide this type of information to use our service(s) if you do not desire to.
If you contact us for customer support, we may also ask you for information about your operating system, software and/or other technical matters. When you visit our Web site(s) we will capture your IP Address, time of and duration of visit, and time and duration of the page(s) on our Web site(s) that you view. We may tie this information to the personally identifiable information we have about you. We may also place a cookie1 that will identify you to us as a repeat Visitor or Customer when you visit our Web site(s).

§ 2 Personal Information
If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an email, or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our Web site(s), we use that information to respond to your message(s) and to help us provide you with information(s) or material(s) that you request. If provided, personally identifiable information is maintained in a database that is regularly purged. Third party contractors may have access to this information in order to provide an initial response to your question(s) or comment(s). These contractors are held to strict policies to safeguard the information and provide the same level of privacy protection(s) as guaranteed by E10Host. On occasion, we may conduct a study concerning the types of questions sent to us. These studies help us to improve our Web site(s) in order to make them more responsive to the needs of our users.
To prevent problems from occurring in the future, please do note that any information that is sent via e-mail form or posted on our Web site(s) or forum(s) becomes property of E10Host …with this being said, we reserve full right(s) to forward, publish and transfer your message(s) to any of our sponsors. Furthermore, E10Host reserves full right(s) to publish your submitted entry(ies) in the E10Host Guestbook, Forum, Client Area, F.A.Q., and/or any other section(s) of E10Host’s Web site(s).
§ 3 Children’s Privacy
Our service(s) is/are not available to minor children under the age of thirteen (13), and we will not intentionally or knowingly maintain information about anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If you are a parent and have concerns that one (or more) of your children may be using our service(s) without our knowledge, please let us know via the forum (E10Host’s Forum) or by submitting a support ticket via our client center (E10Host’s Support Ticket). You can also join us on our IRC chat channel (E10Host’s IRC Chat) and talk to a support staff member there.
§ 4 Browser Cookies
A “cookie” is a small file that a Web site transfers to your computer’s hard disk allowing our server to “remember” specific information about your session. While visiting certain sites on E10Host server (maintained by Fleech Media), you may occasionally encounter a Web page that employs cookies to make it easier to use the dynamic features of these Web pages. The cookie and the information about your session will be destroyed automatically shortly after you close your browser. The cookies are not permanently stored on your computer. You can set your browser to disable cookies or prompt you before a cookie is accepted. If you do not want to receive cookies, you will still be able to use E10Host and documents, but will be unable to use cookie-dependent features. In exceptional circumstances, persistent cookies may be employed (but they are never used for tracking users’ queries or navigation through the site).
